Terranova Place, Queenstown

Here we have a beautiful architecturally designed 2-storey house by KOA Architecture. This is a passive designed house using the structurally insulated panel (SIP) system for walls and roof. 

Fil Engineers is responsible for the structural design of SIP panels, foundation and other structural components of the house. SIP structural design is not straightforward and requires a different approach, particularly the detailing. We got another SIP project in progress and one in the pipeline.
